Received an email explaining that because of brexit they are having problems with deliveries. According to the email if I hadn't received track and trace from DPD I was to contact them after a specific date which I have. No response as per usual. Just give me the refund the package is obviously not sent or lost..... Disgraceful
I would steer clear of this online shop. Rude customer service offering false updates. Unwillingness to cooperate, unwillingness to acknowledge poor service. Decent product, though not worth the trouble nor the retail price. Alot of brands make good products for the same price point or below. I would reccommend buying from a brand that is more grateful for its customers.

I like G-Star because a lot of the designs are utilitarian.
I have always admired G-Star clothing but this past year they have come out with some amazing styles, I have not returned one item! I was more than happy with the exclusive collection, I got the 2-piece trenchcoat (I wish winter was not over, so I could wear it more) but the inner-piece is perfect for Spring weather. My reverend jeans are super comfortable and I love all my shirts! This has been a good year for us G-Star, but now I want to be able to go enjoy my clothes in public when it is safe to do so!
leather zipper can not be fully closed at the end head since it is too bulky, leaves a small opening, looks not good.
Fit really well in the right size. That size thing is critical as there is no stretch. Very cool and stylish. I love them.
The G-Star brand 170.00 Kate Boyfriend jeans I ordered were described on line and labeled as size 29W x 30L. I am 5’9 and the jeans were purchased specifically for the 30 inch. inseam length. They should have been ankle length on me. The jeans arrived and looked short, to my disappointment, when measured they were 27 inch inseam.
I called G-Star customer service line and was informed they do not offer exchanges. The only option was to return the jeans, and reorder another pair, “possibly the next pair of jeans ordered might be as the website described, labeled correctly, and correctly sized with a 30” inseam”. No thank you... not worth my time, expense, and hassle to receive a correctly sized pair of jeans.
I was previously a G-Star fan but will never purchase the G-Star brand via their website again. I’d rather spend my money and purchase from reputable companies which choose to stand behind their brand products as described, labeled, & sold. Based on my results, that was to much to expect from G-Star.
They have very nice jeans..definitely will do more business
I bought some jeans back in Feb. Delivery was prompt, product quality as expected but had to return it as it was too short.
Returned the item within 1-2 days, using their courier, original box, sticker provided in the box.
6 weeks on an they are still keeping my money. As many others here said: calling doesn't help; emailed about 3-4 times, with absolutely no response. There is no way to contact them.
Unbelievably poor customer service and not what I expect from them.
We ordered several items and kept most of them. What was very strange is our order was divided up into 3 or 4 boxes, 2 boxes each had only 1 tshirt in it. So with returns I need to send all the boxes back separately.
After sending them back we got several emails due to the several different boxes being returned. From Klarna we received the updated amount due and the prices did not match what was on the original bill, making it all very confusing!
One sweater had a hole in the arm after 1 washing and we requested to return it. This was a complicated process. We needed to take 4 different pictures (The product, the product being worn??, the label and the picture of the hole..) We did this and sent it in. A week later we got a notice from Klarna that we still owed for that sweater.
We finally called customer service and he was friendly and said he was sorry, he sees we sent everything in and nobody responded??
Now we are waiting to see if Klarna sends a correct updated amount due....
A very chaotic experience and we will not be ordering again from gstar.com due to this.
